CHEF’S STORY
Executive Chef and Owner Tushar is the heart of  Gokul Indian Restaurant. He brings over 10 years of experience to this Northern and western Indian style restaurant in Sydney. He has trained in 4 and 5 star luxury hotels in India and has run successful restaurants in India. His hard work, talent and dedication have created the magic in our Indian cuisine.

Tushar's high standards, attention to detail and professional demeanour make him the ideal host for your dining and/or party celebrations. He manages both the kitchen and dining areas ensuring your experience is a wonderful one!
His incredible energy and quick wit immediately made him stand out. When he was 18 he entered training in the world renowned hotels in Gujarat where he learned his trade from the bottom up under the strictest standards. He often distinguished himself, taking on more responsibilities until an opportunity came to take his talent and discipline west where he has become a successful and highly sought after chef. Gokul is the first restaurant under his ownership and direction in Sydney.
